More Faded Than Lindsay Lohan

In case you missed the 2007 ESPY Awards, someone was kind enough to cut a 53 second clip highlighting all the best moments.

  • Lakers sign D Fish. What better way to return to the old championship team by returning to the old championship team? It’s nice to have Mr. 0.4 back.
  • The weather in Dallas is nasty. It’s hot and it rains. But the people are nice and the food is good. For a “conservative” place they seem to have more strip clubs than 711s.

This is the first post. It’s very exciting. I can’t believe I have a new What Da Phuk! If you are reading this then you are on the new site. Take a look around…let me know what you think.

Yes, it's finally true. I am not just saying it to say it. I have been working on it and am almost finished with What Da Phuk! 2.0. Some of the key new features include:

  • A dedicated server running Fedora Core 5.
  • Brand new CMS utilizing LAMP technology.
  • A Web 2.0, user friendly, aesthetically pleasing site redesign.
  • mod-rewrite for pretty URLs
  • Social Network Tagging
  • The return of the comments

Those are just a few of the major updates taking place. The design is 95% complete. The CMS and server setup are 100% complete. I am working on importing 500+ previous blogs. Once that is complete, I will make it live. I can't believe this finally happening. :-)

  • This week sucks. Next.

  • On a positive note, I'm going to Dallas for a few days.
  • WDP 2.0 is finally going to happen. Hopefully tomorrow.
  • Seriously, this week sucks.
  • I MUST start getting at LEAST 5 hours of sleep per night. Good night!

No U.S. forces have ever been compelled to stay in sustained combat conditions for as long as the Army units have in Iraq. In World War II, soldiers were considered combat-exhausted after about 180 days in the line. They were withdrawn for rest periods. Moreover, for weeks at a time, large sectors of the front were quiet, giving them time for both physical and psychological rehabilitation. During some periods of the Korean War, units had to fight steadily for fairly long periods but not for a year at a time. In Vietnam, tours were one year in length, and combat was intermittent with significant break periods.

  • Knocked Up was very funny. Katherine Heigl steals it with her performance.
  • 19 out of the top 20 songs on XM's Top 20 on 20 are awful. This is why the record industry is at a 7 year low. Your music sucks…ella ella ella, ehh ehh ehh.
  • It's July 3rd and the Lakes still haven't made a move.
  • T-Pain travels with a NASA voice enhancer when he tours. This guy can't really be the #1 artist in the country.
  • R.Kelly and Usher have the Same Girl. "She got me on the ring tone, you mean the pink phone."

“I have been called a lot of things, but never a great satan,” Stone said in the statement. “I wish the Iranian people well, and only hope their experience with an inept, rigid ideologue president goes better than ours.”

"I used to think I was morally above gossiping about other people. But then I realized, to gossip about people, you have to actually think about other people. I am far too self-involved for that."

The concept and animation are excellent. It's pretty funny too. Cheney as Ari fits perfectly.
