03And Now Made With Splenda!

That’s right, even this blog is now sweetened with Splenda. The calorie & carb free, sweet tasting artificial sugar. It’s made from real sugar so that means it must be phuking awful for you. Actually, if you look up the toxicity of sucralose, it’s pretty phukin horrible for you. But that is not the point of this blog. We all know that aspartame can cause cancer, but yet we still love Diet Coke. Still not my point. What I find crazy right now is the wide use of Splenda, in everything. We are starting to see Splenda in Diet Coke, but who knew they started putting it in Diet 7Up? They have Splenda cookies, Splenda ice cream, Splenda brownies, Splenda candy, and now a Splenda blog. |
I personally like to cut my yae yo with it, cause it makes it just that much sweeter. Okay, that was a bad joke, but seriously, Splenda is everywhere and in everything. But here is the thing, as bad as Splenda might be, it is still better than sugar. Refined sugar is the absolute worst thing you can consume. It is the cause of most of the health problems in America. I like Splenda and I think it tastes good. I just want to know before you decide to add Splenda to something I might already like.

U mf of course splenda is bad! its badder than sugar, sugar is pure, from the cane, splenda its just the tiny part that sweetens the whole chemical compound. btw.. splenda sucks badly…
