Even in an awful economy due to a weak dollar and exorbitant gas prices, one business is still flourishing. The Bourbon business is booming.
Bottle sales and tours of the distilleries are at an all-time high. The success is due to this generations young drinkers. The 21 -34 age demographic prefers bourbon.
Our fathers and grandfathers drink scotch. Perhaps one day we will switch to Macallan but for now it’s Makers and Basil.
FYI…Jack Daniels is technically not bourbon, it’s a sour mash whisky.
I was about to add this word to urban dictionary after a friend suggested I do so. We both had thought I had just coined the term after viewing something on the net that was quite…blumptastic. We wanted to trademark the phrase – as I have done so in the past (horracious). I guess we were too late. It’s nice to see that great minds think alike….and apparently smoke as much master and blackberry og kush.
With 35 37 blog posts this has been by far my most prolific blogging month. With 6 days left to go in an already short month, I must say I feel a lot like Kobe Bryant. I have broken my own personal record and I don’t even have to play the 4th. But I will. Stay tuned.

For a few hours, the moon is going to glow a crazy orange color. This is dope. I was planning on going to bed early…but I think I need to watch this instead.
