It’s hard to believe he has 2 full albums of this inaudible poop — Relapse 2 is due out this fall. I am trying to listen to this garbage via headphones at work and I can’t understand a word he is saying. What is with the gimmick voice and rudimentary pop beat? I literally just finished making (and eating) a Cobb salad. I eat tons of Cobb salads but I’ve never made my own. The ingredients are pretty straight forward so there is no reason to not try and “save” that $13.95. It was ok…but nothing was “saved.”

I realized the hard way that unless I plan on making more than 1 Cobb, by tomorrow, I am going to spend waaaay more than $13.95. As anyone who has set foot inside a market knows, you can’t buy 1 chicken breast. You can’t buy 1 slice of Avocado. You can’t buy just a few bacon bits; or just enough lettuce, washed and chopped. You can’t buy one hard boiled egg and you can’t buy half a tomato — trust me, I tried!

So right now I am trying to figure how this was beneficial to me. I know a lot of you love to cook and making food is not a pain. I’m learning to like it…but when I break down the time and the cost, it just don’t be making sense. Check it:

Even if I divide everything based on the portion used I am still well over $15.00. So financially I am better off buying a Cobb from Panini and time-wise…well I washed the vegetables, chopped (wish I had a slap chop) and cooked the chicken. The entire process took about 30 minutes. All in all it’s a phuking waste of time and money for me to make my own Cobb. Don’t get me wrong, I believe there are plenty of foods (pasta, grilled chicken, hamburgers) that are much more cost effective to make at home rather than buy from a restaurant…a Cobb salad sure as phuk ain’t one of them.

Last month (Feb 8th), the whole world was shocked and saddened by the news of Chris Brown “allegedly” beating the shit out of his girlfriend, Rihanna. We heard the gory details and Breezy immediately became the star of “Everyone Hates Chris.” A month and a half have gone by and every single day there is “new information.” I just don’t care. I don’t care if there is a sex tape. I don’t care if they record a duet. I don’t care if they are writing a book. I don’t care about the models he supposedly phuked. I just don’t care anymore.

I guess I stopped caring once Rihanna went from victim to enabler. If she doesn’t care, why the fuck should I? I’ve had enough with this. Normally, if I cared, I would find a pic of Rihanna or Chris or their sex tape and embed it in this post. Yeah, don’t care. I’ll find a better picture. A pic that has nothing to with the aforementioned, that’s how much I don’t care, I am not even going to verbalize it anymore.

But the facts show that 9 years ago, Phil Gramm led the charge repealing the laws in place that prevented these types of subprime loans. The creation of NINJA loans (No Income No Job No Asset) created inflation that filled the proverbial bubble so fast it exploded.

In the Nobama facebook group, the creator/moderator, Brian O’Malley, posted a cartoon insinuating it was the “democrat party’s” regulations that wouldn’t allow the lil free market to reach the homeowner.  This created a bubble with a mortgage they couldn’t afford. I emailed Brian O’Malley asking his thoughts on McCain now asking for regulation:

700 Billion is very low government checking? Usury laws are strict government regulations? How can the government “check things” but not intervene unless it’s an emergency? That doesn’t make any sense. If the government sees the problem, as many did, that’s why regulations were there in the first place, what can they do until it’s too late? This is cry baby capitalism. It benefits the ultra rich. John McCain’s right hand campaign man just cost you a whole lot of money…all because he wanted to make a whole lot of money.
