Up Coming Shows

No no. I am not posting my up coming shows. Although maybe I should start selling tickets for others to watch me do what I do best. I could even change it up each night. Like Tuesday will be me staring at the computer until 11pm, taking a shower, smoking a fat bowl of bubba kush, taking a shot of bourbon and watching 90210 and the Hills. Wednesday would be a similar show except I’ll watch Modern Family. Thursday we’ll really change it up with NBA playoffs until 9pm and then laundry.

I’m gonna see if I can get my shows listed with ticketmaster, or at least live nation.

Here’s a list of the shows I currently have tickets for….or will get tickets as soon as they are released.

  • Meth and Red May 7th NOS in San Bernadino
  • MGMT Greek July 16th (have tickets)
  • Jay-Z /Eminem Yankee Stadium Sept 13 (will get)
  • Roger Waters The Wall (I haven’t decided if I want to see this in LA at Staples or in Las Vegas. It’s sometime in Nov)

That’s it. It’s a much shorter list than last year. Either music sucks right now or I suck and need to expand my horizons. The last time I tried that I saw trails for a week. It was a great week.

Concerts 2008

Even though the summer may be ending the concert season is picking up. At the beginning of this year I set out to go to as many good shows as possible. With the exception of the big music festivals (Coachella, Rock the Bells)…so far so good.

  • Chris Rock No Apologies Tour @ Gibson
  • Radiohead @ Hollywood Bowl
  • Vampire Weekend @ The Wiltern (9/17/08)
  • Kings of Leon @ Nokia (10/15/08)
  • Method Man and Redman @ House of Blues (11/11/08)

Vampire Weekend will be a lot of fun but having to follow Radiohead will tough. I expect at least half of the lasers…or at least twice the vampires. 2nd row for KOL is pretty damn sick. And Mef and Red…that’ll be a merry ol blunted time. Wu-Tang (Big up, D, mozel-tang)!
